Spin the Globe

By January 31, 2014News, Resources, Travel Well

I’m 8 years old. 15 years old. 20. 32. Every time I walk down the hall in my parents’ home, I spin the worldly globe of wonder, a plastic globe that my parents probably bought from National Geographic.

Why? To see where I will visit one day, of course. What, you rely on something more accurate? According to this precise calculation, I will someday visit the middle of the Pacific, the northeast of Russia, a few crevices of northern Asia, and many other curious locations.

Now we switch to today’s modern version of Spin the Globe. A new(er) option on AppleTV, equivalent to a worldly Pandora channel. This is your chance to listen to music from all over the world.

So what shall we listen to, what shall we experience, what shall we be inspired by?

Whether you choose to spin your own globe (yes, you can still buy these beautiful plastic specimens), rock out with iMusic, travel on a whim (or limb)…we (gladiator) salute you!
