Why should I care about my toes? Because everything in your body is connected. Yep, that’s right, what you do with your toes and feet matter.

So what does this wee exercise do, anyhoo? Strengthen and stretch out your toe abductors (all those wee muscles that help spread your toes wide). Since everything “is connected”, the range of motion (flexibility) of your toes influence the foot, and in turn the ankle, and so on and so forth.

You’ll also find out how smelly your feet are. That’s right…I’ve been known to have clients practice this exercise after a couple hours on the volleyball court. They love me for it. I just recommend they wash their hands afterwards. Same goes for you.
