If you’ve ever pulled your groin, you know it’s not a very entertaining experience. Those puppies can take ages to recover from. So how can we improve balance in the area without overworking it? With Supta Baddha, Don’t Hurt no Body…of course! The key to this restorative posture is that we prop ourselves up so we don’t have to clench on for dear life (with our inner thighs or other areas connected). Just say no to groin pulls.
