Experience an in-depth instructional sequence created for the USA Women’s National Volleyball Team, by AYT Co-founder and Olympian Jaime Komer. In this mindful 28 minute sequence, you’ll experience key movements to release, unwind and rebalance the body. Jaime also shares a favorite movement with Yoga TuneUp balls.

PLEASE NOTE: This video was designed to be used as a post-game, evening sequence. If you are practicing this sequence earlier in the day, please roll to your right side after your final pose (corpse / savasana).
