Norbert is one smart gorilla. Let’s take some tips from this big guy, to see if we can discover some of our own postural habits and movement patterns. The better we know and align ourselves, the better we can function.

The first step to creating any sense of balance within the body (within the connective tissues, muscles, etc) requires us to become aware of them in the first place. Consider this an exploratory phase. Your postural habits and movement patterns have formed from the day you picked yourself up and stood for the first time as a wee babe. And wow, you’ve been pretty busy since then! So let’s keep some perspective and respect that the process to undo any poor alignment habits will take time.

Like we said, consider this an exploratory phase to discover your blind spots, habits, tendencies, patterns, and everything in between!
