When we’re at home, we’ve got our routine down of where, when and how we train. We know the facilities well and have a solid understanding of what we’re working with. Yet what happens when we travel?

Whether you travel for business, pleasure or sports (or all the above), we don’t always know what we’re going to get (surprise!) when we arrive in a new city. Let’s just say being adaptable and creative are great qualities to have when you’re in a…”so how am I going to get my workout in here?” situation.

Here are a few of our favorite examples of getting creative with our surroundings:

  1. “I can’t go outside and only have a wall to work with” sequence

  2. “I have a nice, soft floor to work with” sequence

  3. “I can go outside and have a variety of terrain to play around on”. How about a vineyard?! See below.
