A gentle back bend is extremely useful (and beneficial) in our busy & active lifestyle. Give this pose a couple minutes of your time. Yet we highly recommend you dedicate 5-10 minutes here (no cell phone allowed).

1) Post traveling
2) Post driving
3) If you’ve been sitting, on the computer for a while
4) If you tend to get a little “tight” in the shoulders
5) Before you go to bed
6) You need a mental pick me up
