Let’s get your abductors and adductors going! Wait, abby and addy, what? Rewind…The muscles that bring our legs towards each other (adductors) and away from each other (abductors) are often imbalanced when compared to our ever-powerful quadriceps (tops of thighs).

To support the hip joint, core, back, knees, and everything else in your body – remember, it’s all connected – we need to work on improving the balance between all these muscles.

*Make sure you practice this posture on both sides to balance out your body properly!
