Articulate. Isn’t that a grand word? Thank goodness we get to say it a lot when talking about the Pelvic Curl. This movement guides us to find our neutral spine (which can be a mission!), articulate the spine, and energize the back side of the body (hey hammies!) while opening up the front side (release hip flexors!).

Be patient with this movement. Just like other poses, the more you concentrate on all the wee bits, the more difficult it is and more benefits you’ll reap.
