Answer: Well thankfully there’s a workshop for that! You become what you do. Everything you do within the 24 hour period of each day influences how you feel, function, and endure. Today, tomorrow, and for years to come. If you become what you do, what do you want to be? My vote: awesome. (I know, it’s simply stated. But when it comes down to it. I want to feel good, healthy, happy, able to be active, pain-free, and well, awesome.)
